Complete Condo Transformation: From Dated to Designer
The Problem: Our clients loved their gated community in Jericho and didn't want to leave, but they also didn't want to endure the disruption and inconvenience of living through a major renovation. When a neighboring unit came up for sale, they saw the perfect opportunity to get exactly what they wanted without the headaches of traditional remodeling while staying in the community they cherished.
The Solution: We delivered a complete gut renovation of the three-level condominium, transforming every square inch from basement to bedroom level while our clients remained comfortably in their original home. The kitchen became a showpiece with crisp white shaker cabinetry, a contrasting gray island, eye-catching metallic backsplash tile, high-end stainless appliances, and premium countertops. We installed elegant hardwood flooring throughout to create warmth and cohesion in the open living spaces. The Solution: We brought new construction living to their existing Cape through a complete two-story reconfiguration that delivered everything on their wishlist. The reimagined layout now features three spacious bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a convenient hall bathroom.
