How CIC Started
CIC was founded by Caleb Haniquet.
He worked his way through college in construction and saw firsthand how unpredictable the process could be for homeowners, unclear pricing, gaps between design and construction, and too many unanswered questions before work began.
CIC was built to solve that.
Today, we operate with a full-time team and an in-house design division, delivering projects through a defined, accountable process.
