Center Island Contracting renovated my home from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom to a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom. It was a massive undertaking but it was successfully completed. My house is unrecognizable from the original structure. My friends and family are always impressed by the outcome. My financing was done through a construction loan and the team was patient and provided whatever documents were required for me to secure the loan. Have a conversation with Center Island to explore your options. It’s worth a try. I love my house!

We did a first floor renovation that included our kitchen and built-in cabinetry around our fireplace. The quality of work is very good. There was not any major surprises or issues that came up during our process. We are extremely happy with how our kitchen and other cabinetry came in. Our project manager Bill was very responsive and quick to action any requests/questions or issues we were having. He was always a quick text or phone call away. I would definitely look at Central Island for future work.

CIC performed a gut renovation of a sizeable bathroom for us as well as transferring our washer/dryer from first to second floor. The bathroom came out beautifully! The entire team was easy to work with from Myron to Luis and Chris who came in for plumbing. Our project manager Bill was particularly wonderful - always responsive to every text or call and just overall a great guy to work with as he was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

We are very pleased with our new en-suite bathroom and remodeled guest bathroom. Orlando was always on hand to provide status updates, manage any concerns and ensure the project moved forward smoothly. His communication was excellent and he made the project as painless as possible.

I hired Center Island Contracting on the recommendation of a family member who had their bathrooms renovated by this company. I wanted to renovate my small, outdated kitchen and bathroom. This project also involved knocking down a wall and creating a large kitchen/dining room area. I received about 6 other estimates from other well-known companies before I decided to move forward with Center Island. The customer service aspect was a major reason why I chose this company. I initially explained my vision to Caleb, who then put me in touch with Orlando, who became my project manager. Orlando spent many hours discussing the project with me before I even decided to use this company. He listened to my ideas and had many great suggestions of his own. Center Island has a significant number of contacts and companies who they referred me to. This made the entire process extremely easy. Once I picked anything out (cabinets, countertops, tile, etc...) that company was in touch with Center Island to iron out details. Furthermore, their contacts were all competent, professional, and helpful. Aside from choosing everything (a large enough task) there was little work for me to do. Orlando was available virtually whenever I needed his help or I had a question about measurements or logistics. If there was a problem, he always presented me with options. I really appreciated that. Since I only have one bathroom, I was displaced during the beginning phase of the project. They worked quickly to get me back into my house as fast as possible. This new living space has now become the central location for friends and family to socialize. Center Island did a fabulous job.

I recently had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Center Island and I have to say it was a great experience for me and my wife. Besides the craftsmanship of there work, the attention we received throughout the project was second to none. Caleb and Orlando are by far the best contractors I've ever had do work for us. Tx. P.S. I already informed the wife about getting the basement done.

This was the best experience and transformation of our outdated kitchen from the “80’s”. To a complete gut of our living room, kitchen, new deck and outdoor living room space dealing with Center Island Contracting was the best choice we ever made. Caleb and his team paid attention to every detail imaginable; from our Coffer Ceiling in our kitchen to our tray ceiling in the living room. All the spectacular Millwork from our foyer entrance up our stairwells and our entire living room really transformed our space. It was truly “A Dream Come True”. To nightly email contact and talking during the day Caleb is always there through every step and keeping you well informed of daily schedules and activity on a daily basis. The entire Center Island crew was beyond respectful, never left the jobsite till it was immaculate and their workmanship was impeccable. From design to implementation to completion everything could not have gone better, they exceeded our expectations! We give them the highest compliment and recommend Caleb and his team for any project, we would never use any other company and look forward to our next project with them!

We hired CIC for our home remodel, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, walk in closet, and a laundry room. The attention to detail, workmanship, level of expertise, and helpfulness made a huge stressful project become seamless. We would recommend working with Caleb at CIC and would definitely hire them again for all our future projects.
