2nd Story Addition
Doubling the home's square footage allowed us to add 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, meaning this family can stay in their neighborhood while their family continues to grow.
The 'Levitt Cape' Reimagined
With a two-story reconfiguration, the renovated Cape maximizes square footage and natural light, resulting in a significantly more valuable property that combines nostalgic appeal with today's lifestyle expectations.
