Center Island Contracting began when founder Caleb Haniquet realized he possessed a unique ability to visualize luxury custom home spaces in three dimensions; seeing not just what a home was, but what it could become. After putting himself through college working construction, Caleb recognized that successful home transformation required more than technical skills; it demanded understanding how changing a space could completely transform the way you build a custom home.
