We engaged Center Island Contracting to perform an extensive renovation on our house and to help fix various heating/flooding issues we had encountered since purchasing it a few years ago. Starting with the first planning meeting Caleb, Evan and the rest of Center Island Contracting team meticulously walked us through the reasons why we were encountering those heating/flooding issues, thoroughly created an action plan to remediate these issues, while at the same time, provided architectural, build and design services to create our dream home. From the start of the process, they took the necessary steps to understand how we wanted our house to function, who we are as people and how the house would reflect our style. We were provided timely updates on the progress of the renovation throughout the process. Caleb, Evan and team were available for what seems like a 24/7 basis to discuss any issues that were encountered and went the extra mile to ensure all aspects of the job were completed within or above our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the final product, which we are very lucky to call our new home, from the structural improvements down to the finishes.
