I hired Center Island Contracting on the recommendation of a family member who had their bathrooms renovated by this company. I wanted to renovate my small, outdated kitchen and bathroom. This project also involved knocking down a wall and creating a large kitchen/dining room area. I received about 6 other estimates from other well-known companies before I decided to move forward with Center Island. The customer service aspect was a major reason why I chose this company. I initially explained my vision to Caleb, who then put me in touch with Orlando, who became my project manager. Orlando spent many hours discussing the project with me before I even decided to use this company. He listened to my ideas and had many great suggestions of his own.
Center Island has a significant number of contacts and companies who they referred me to. This made the entire process extremely easy. Once I picked anything out (cabinets, countertops, tile, etc…) that company was in touch with Center Island to iron out details. Furthermore, their contacts were all competent, professional, and helpful. Aside from choosing everything (a large enough task) there was little work for me to do. Orlando was available virtually whenever I needed his help or I had a question about measurements or logistics. If there was a problem, he always presented me with options. I really appreciated that. Since I only have one bathroom, I was displaced during the beginning phase of the project. They worked quickly to get me back into my house as fast as possible. This new living space has now become the central location for friends and family to socialize. Center Island did a fabulous job.
